That's the answer. If you want to use svn, use svn for everything. If
you don't want to upgrade your backend, you're stuck with the old
mythweb, too. If you hack it apart to take the features you want from
svn but try to make it work with .18.x, don't expect a warm welcome if
you want support when something doesn't work.
Mythweb is basically a frontend, so treat it as such. If you upgrade
it, you also need to upgrade the backend or you'll break all kinds of
things (in this case, the biggest change is that mythtv has changed how
certain recordings are scheduled)
