Basically grab it from cvs here
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sf.net:/cvsroot/mythburn checkout mythburn
and run the install.sh script.  Make sure mythweb is setup and running 
correctly.
Once you have that working right I am sure that you will want to go back to 
here and grab the UI for it so you can burn within mythtv itself.
