I have been using mythtv for quite some time. I upgraded
to .19 using smart and now my pvr-150 doesn't work.
I've gone through stuff at ivtvdriver.org and Jarod's guide.
and still no luck. I'm hoping you knowledgable people will
be able to help.

lspci -v:

03:0d.0 Multimedia video controller: Internext Compression Inc iTVC16
(CX23416) MPEG-2 Encoder (rev 01)
Subsystem: Hauppauge computer works Inc.: Unknown device 8003
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 10
        Memory at e8000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64M]
Capabilities: [44] Power Management version 2

But no /dev/video?? devices exist. The output from ivtv indicates the
driver is not being loaded:

kernel: ivtv0: unable to open firmware v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw
udevsend[1394]: starting udevd daemon
kernel: ivtv0: did you put the firmware in the hotplug firmware
directory?

TIA,
Paul
