Hi Serge, I followed the instructions here
(http://www.bus.ualberta.ca/yma/mythtv/Mythtv.htm) for Fedora. I used
his licrc on his website. It sounds like you have the remote working, so
you may just want to use the last section for his licrc.

Subject: [mythtv-users] setting up MCE remote using with mythtv

Hi,

me and a good friend are trying to get an Microsoft remote working with
mythtv.
testing with 'irw' works, the keys are recognised, so we got some
movement there :)

It all looks like the config file for using with myth (or other
programs like xine, mplayer) is not being used or not properly setup
is this common? or are we missing something?
its not clear where the configfile ( lircrc or .lircrc ? ) should be
located.
after google-ing around we pretty stuck.

MCE windows media center remote (new version) RC6 (its actual an
Philips)
 using lirc 0.8.0 (compiled source)
 mythtv 0.19 (ubuntu package)

Howto we did use (among others) :

te

Configfile: http://geekstuff.no-ip.com/mythtv/lircrc

Well, I'm a genius. I can do the impossible, but the obvious takes me a
while.
