The forum posts clearly indicate that mythtv is not part of the problem.
In fact, MythTV 0.19 is the *only* program known to be doing things
correctly. Not only are we grabbing only 2 days of data after the
inital pull (day+1 and day+13), but we're the only program that honors
the new "suggested best time for next download" bit that they send back
after the download is done.
Then again, as you also mention, there are likely a great number of
mythtv users who have not updated their setups for automated-by-mythtv
downloads, which should probably take a look at their systems and
reconfigure things.
