That pretty much describes my experience too, although it is great to
have just one remote I often end up using at least two others for
functions that don't work so well on the harmony.

I happened to have a contact email address for a UK sales manager at
logitech, no surprise that I got absolutely no response to my feedback
about this product.

Not that I expected any :(
