Go into "Utilities / Setup -> Setup -> Media Settings -> Videos Settings ->
Player Settings".

That's where the default player is defined.  You can change it to "Internal"
to use the same playback code as is used for recorded programs, but it can't
handle everything that xine or mplayer can.
