the madagscar dvd issue is a known problem that i am working on. (#2542)
upgrade to the latest svn revision and test thoroughly. i have made some
changes to improve rew/ffw. (3) should be fixed now. if any of the other
problems persist after the upgrade read the ticket howto, open a ticket
and assign it to me.
