Try removing the channel numbers as well. I'm running 0.18 and the Mythweb 
channel editor won't let me do that, so I had to edit the MySQL Channel table 
manually. After I deleted the channel numbers for the channels I didn't want, 
they no longer showed up in the program finder or guide.
