[mythtv-users] how to make invisible channels invisible in program finder?

hi,

as i said, i already have marked them as invisible.
it makes no difference to my problem whether they
are marked as invisible in mythfrontend or in mythewb.

the point is that doing so doesn't make them invisible
in mythfrontend's program finder. it only makes them
invisible in mythfrontend's program schedule and in
mythweb.

my question was: is it likely that removing the xmltvids
from the invisible channels will result in them disappearing
from the program finder (once the current guide data has
expired)? i suppose i can just wait a week to find out.
