The last movie I tried was "Elephants Dream" in MPEG4 with a 1920x1080
resolution. When played in xine, both cores are used and the peak CPU
load is ~65%, so it plays fine.

This is the 1,6 GHz Core Duo version. I also read somewhere that you
can upgrade the mini with the upcoming mobile version of the Core 2 Duo
(Merom).
