Yes. For example, the ABC's Planet Earth series, which is quite high 
profile for exactly the reason that it _is_ high definition, is sadly 
lacking from their program data. Posts to their support forum along the 
lines of "any chance we might get Planet Earth on ABC on Sunday evening 
put in the program guide?" go unanswered.

Absolutely. If I sign up for a two week trial, I only expect to get two 
weeks worth of data. However, I entered the trial period with one week's 
worth of data. I expect to leave the trial period after two weeks with 
one week's worth of data. I don't expect to turn on my TV and see an EPG 
full of "expired" without warning. It's the "without warning" bit that I 
stress there. That's just rude. They could easily have put an error in 
the output of their grabber saying "sorry, your trial subscription has 
expired."
