I have a SP13000, which has a newer chipset (CN400 vs cl266) and a
slightly faster CPU (1.3Ghz vs. 1Ghz)

Playing back DVD-like mpeg2 streams (720x576, 8 - 9.6 mbs) takes
around 13-15 % of my CPU. (BTW I use xine, not mythtv)

Playing back the same streams using only software is only possible
using MPlayer and low-latency kernel options turned off (no preempt,
250Hz instead of 1000Hz)

Oh, about that annoying little whiner of a CPU cooler that is
included: I heard you can replace it with a coolermaster blue ice 2, I
have one in order
