If I recall correctly, the CPU usage with XvMC was
about 40%.  The picture looked very nice also, I'd say
it was probably second to that of the PVR-350 TV-Out.
You may also have to deal with overscan issues as well
(much like the PVR-350 has) - I know that at the time,
 there was only two or three overscan settings, none
of which was optimal for my TV.  But then again, as I
said, I tried this quite some time ago, the drivers
may have improved.
