[mythtv-users] Problem with lirc

So forgive my incompetence, but i don't know how to check that.  i can give
you an ls -la on that directory.

drwxr-xr-x   3 mythtv mythtv 4096 Apr  4 21:53 .mcop
drwxrwxr-x   3 mythtv mythtv 4096 Apr  4 21:54 .mozilla
drwxrwxr-x   5 root   root   4096 Apr  5 16:14 .mythtv

in the .mythtv directory:

-rwxr-xr-x   1 root   root   5773 Apr  5 16:14 lircrc


I did have to create it as su root.  So I'm stumped.  Thanks!!
