Thanks, I'll start with the log files. I cannot get to the system to change
the slot for a couple of months at least, and I'm hoping that isn't it.
I am also yet to confirm that the entire system has frozen. I'm going to ask
him to access mythweb next time it happens to get some kind of idea of the
system's state.
