Its not supposed to, its just a list of channels that one can copy and
paste into their channels.conf file.

The 0.19 changes make importing a channels.conf easier, but from what
I've read it sounds like the .18 method is still usefull information
ti follow. Good news though, lots of changes to SVN recently are
working their way to making scans work from within MythTV.
