Changing IP address shouldn't be too drastic. First you need to make
sure that mysql will allow connections from the new address:
'Modifying access to the MySQL database for multiple systems' in the
official documentation
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-6.html#ss6.2
Then edit /usr/share/mythtv/mysql.txt and set the backend's address.
Now you can run mytvsetup and set the IP address in two places on the
first screen.
Changing hostname is a bit more intricate, and there's a process for
it described in the documentation.
