Which yellow S-Video port? I bet it's a composite video input (and
only an input). I'd love to know where you read that info

I'd wait until you decide which video card you're going to use and
either use the TV-Out on that, or use a VGA converter. This all
depends on which inputs your TV has.

Just search the archives for lots of similar threads to get started.
NVidia video cards tend to win out over ATI cards, and remember that
frame-grabber cards such as your WinTV require a faster CPU than
hardware capture cards when recording.
