So, you don't have X installed on your backend, yet you're able to run 
an X program (xterm) on your backend from the /usr/X11R6 directory 
(seems a strange name for a directory on a machine without X)?  And 
you're able to run a program with a dependency on X (mythtv-setup) on 
your backend?
