[mythtv-users] problem getting interlaced output

I have a Biostar M7NCG400 mainboard with integrated Geforce4 MX VGA
output. I am trying to run a modeline that will get me 640x480
interlaced so I can drive a component TV through a VGA to component
converter.

I have tried several modelines that should be giving me what I want,
but the driver refuses to validate them. The error in the log file is:

not using mode "vga2tv" (vrefresh out of range)

I also get that same error for about 30 of the built in default modes.

When I turn off the interlace parameter in the modeline it validates
OK. Using doublescan instead of interlace validates also (but doesn't
get me what I want).

The log also states a few lines earlier that interlaced video modes are
supported on this GPU. I have also turned off the EDID probing so it
won't think my monitor doesn't support it. I'm using the nvidia 6629
driver.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jamie
