not yet. CC decoding will be part of the vbi decoding. which is now in the 
"experimental patch" phase. See -dev list for more info.

Use the latest stable release 0.2.0-something. Some issues were reported with 
the development versions (0.3.2-something) related to ioctl but also some 
people were successful using these.
