I'm new to linux i decided to to start using it as a mythtv box. I
followed the howto on wilsonet.com to install it on fedora. I
installed it fine and setup xmltv and then i purchased the PVR 150
model 1024 from newegg.com. I downloaded and installed IvTv using yum
and atrpms for fedora core 3 at-bleeding. Then i followed the other
instructions in the howto guide to modify the modprobe.conf and start
ivtv. I started the mythtvsetup and I chose the standard V4L capture
card and video 0. Then i finished the rest of the setup and i exited.
I went into the mythtv frontend and i hit watch tv and i was greeted
by a black screen. I tried pressing Esc and it would not exit. I was
forced to restart. Upon restart i ran setup again and it did not
detect Video0 so i exited then started ivtv and then ran setup again
and it detected video0 but it apparently found 2tv tuners 2svideo
ports and 3 composite ports and i only have 1 tuner, 1svideo, 1
composite. Heres my ivtv log
