A little too late to help you, but PocketDivXEncoder is a free windows
program that works similarly to Pocket-DVD - http://divx.ppccool.com/
I use it to encode for viewing on my Treo 650 (use the Tunsten
profile) and it works flawlessly with TCPMP.
