[mythtv-users] Problem with mythfilldatabase or database setup.

I've ran the mysql with /usr/share/doc/mythtv-0.18.1/database/mc.sql and
verified that the database was created.  But when I run mythfilldatabase
after doing mythtvsetup it reports an error everytime it tries to add a
program saying that there is no mythconverg.dd_program table.  There is
no such table in the database, so have I missed something here?
