[mythtv-users] Adding DVB/ATSC channels manually

I'm running an HD-2000 card with the DVB drivers in 2.6.12.2.  It works
great from the command line, but the auto-scan doesn't seem to be
working correctly for me.  The scan did generate the transports, so
that's set; all I need to do is add the channels, and I don't see
exactly how to do that.

My ~/.azap/channels.conf file includes:
WGBX:647028615:8VSB:97:100
WGBX-world:647028615:8VSB:49:52
WGBX-create:647028615:8VSB:65:68
WGBX-kids:647028615:8VSB:81:84

How do I set up the four channels so that it knows which is which?
