[mythtv-users] installation problem

hello,
I installed mythtv and would like to start it. But mythtv tells me always that 
he cant reach my mysql-DB. With phpmysqladmin there is no problem to access 
to the mysqldb. Therefor I think the problem is not caused by the mysql-DB.

What can cause this problem? Do I need some other lib? or? or?

I hope someone can help me.
