[mythtv-users] can't find kernel#2.6.8-1.521

I'm following jarod's guide for fc2.
after a successfull dist-upgrade I'm not able to upgrade to the
reccomended kernel.

# apt-get install kernel#2.6.8-1.521
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package kernel#2.6.8-1.521


Anyone have any ideas why it's not being found?
Any workarounds? I'm a bit of a noob.
