I don't think I understand. If the PVR-350/250 encodes a show in mpeg2
format what kind of transcoding is needed to get this to play through an
epia board?
What does XVMC-VLD do?
I have not done any transcoding with my current mythtv system. Have not
seen a need for it.
I also don't use PIP. As you found it was interesting that it can be
done but it is not really useful in this case.
