Mine is in a glass-door TV stand under my 36" Trinitron. I cut the back
of the stand away so that the case fans exhaust outside the stand.

There is one Shuttle system with onboard nVidia graphics/TVout that
looks to have very good compartmentalized cooling design here:

I would buy it immediately if it had 2 PCI slots, it has only 1. But,
for somebody wanting only 2 tuners, this system with a PVR500MCE looks
like a nice solution.
For now, I choose to stick with my 4U rack chassis crammed under my TV
until I find something ideal.
