No it does have 2X SCART like yours. 1 to TV and 1 to VCR.

I am now considering an RGB to S-Video and Composite Video Convertor
fromMaplin (found it in the list archives).

AFAIK only the Grundig ones are relatively cheap (but I read they are
not that reliable). Couldn't find any other Digiboxes with S-Video.
