[mythtv-users] How to convert PCM audio track to AC3?

I prefer not to reencode the video as everything I burn is an archival copy
of a movie and I want the best possible video quality as I play them back on
a hdtv system. I would be interested in your scripts anyways as it may be
helpful in my efforts at reencoding the audio track.
