[mythtv-users] No channels in the Channel editor

Automatic assignment is probably only working in USA and Canada.

Maybe this can get you going, but it depends on where in Denmark you
are:

You may be able to save some time if that looks about right by importing
the attached SQL file. Hope that gets you up'n'running :)
