[mythtv-users] Deleted commercials show up again on DVD.

After hacking up the MythTV burnDVD scripts, I've now got a DVD
burned with 4 episodes of Fawlty Towers! The chapter and scene
selection menus all work OK (though they're a bit off the
screen on the bottom). The shows themselves look great.

However, the cruft I deleted using the MythTV "edit" menus
shows up on the DVD. When I watch the programs from the hard
drive in Myth, the deleted frames are gone, but all of the
deleted stuff is showing up again when the programs are watched
on the DVD.

>From looking at the scripts, it appears that the MPEG2 files
prodiced by the PVR-350 are being run through "replex", which
doesn't pay attention to the cut lists and includes everything
in the output file.

If I want to avoid putting the deleted stuff on the DVD, do I
need to transcode the files before burning them?

>From the README, it looks like replex expects MPEG2 input, so
I need to transcode from MPEG2 -> MPEG2?
