[mythtv-users] Fresh FC2 install

This is probably not the best way to do it from a security point of view, but my
myth box is not networked in any way, so what I did was change that line to:
GRANT ALL ON mythconverg.* TO mythtv at localhost IDENTIFIED BY "mythtv"
