[mythtv-users] New version of windows filters

Just thought i shoud let you know that i've done a new release of the
windows filters for mythtv.
This version is updated to work with mythtv 0.16

Biggest changes this time is channel and card switching support.
There is a few issues with playing livetv from a mpeg2 source that i haven't
solved yet.

The problem is that the ms mpeg2 demuxer asumes a fixed size file when it's
in pull mode, when it's in push mode seeking doesn't work and it requiers
some manual setup to work.
I'll probably have to create my own mpeg2 demuxer or enhance some existing
one (teach it how to get seektable from db/backend).
