[mythtv-users] display resolution switching still not working

If a 1920x1080i show is the first thing you watch after starting
mythfrontend, does the "right" thing happen?

Interesting.  I have not seen that behavior in a very long time.  I still
get the behavior where the rest of the screen is black occasionally, but a
restart of X fixes the problem.
