That doesn't look good.
It looks like the messages i got just before major file system corruption.
This has happend twice.
I have a via kt266a mainboard.
Last time i got fs corruption i got crc errors from the ide controller, it
turned out to be a bad ide cable, this is probably what casued the first fs
corruption too.

I still have some problems, for example the bt878 card sometimes complains a
bit and and resets the card, when that happends the recording gets recorded
all black.
This happends atleast once a week, i suspect this is caused by the crappy
via chipset.

When i got the error messages from the kerkel, similar to the once you have,
the kernel turned off dma on the ide controller.
This happend on both of the drives attached to the same ide cable.
Don't ignore theese errors, thats what i did, and i almost lost everything.
