I have the Actisys IR200L, USB-UIRT, and IR-MAN.  The best one out of
the three for picking up signals is the USB-UIRT.  It needs a patch
with lirc to get it to work.  The IR-MAN and Actisys have support
built in to lirc.  I wouldn't recommend the Actisys unless you needed
to control a cable box.  I recommend the IR-MAN because it's the
easiest to set up.
