[mythtv-users] Slave vs Master database issues in 0.16

NEVERMIND.

The setting for MasterServerIP not quite correct.  The hostname was not
set to the FQDN, but to the "short" hostname, unlike all the other
settings.  Expanded that out, and now all works as expected.
