[mythtv-users] Question -- Attempting MythTV Build with LFS

You could always split the difference between LFS and FC, and go
Gentoo.  I'm using gentoo, and am quite happy with it.  You learn a
lot, and have to do a lot of CLI work, but still have great tools like
portage to help out.
