If it really is multi DISPLAY then something like this should work:
export DISPLAY=:1
mythfrontend

If you are actually talking about a setup like I have then it is actually one DISPLAY.  Just two heads.  1280x1024 (LCD) and 1024x768 (TV) that are actually combined into a 2560x1024 screen.

To handle this I have a 1280x0 offset and 1024x768 size in myth setup so myth appears on the second head.
The reason I did this instead of 2 DISPLAYs is I want OpenGL and I don't think it works correctly in any other setup (ATI 9800+).

I did have to hack mplayer to get it to display "fullscreen" on the TV when I play videos.
