[mythtv-users] Gentoo myth-cvs ebuild

Just remmember that putting it in /usr/local/portage (as was
suggested) doesn't mean it get's updated using 'emerge sync'. Also ,
if a mythtv-cvs package will exist somewhere in the future, it will
write over the package you manually copied there.
