[mythtv-users] Graphical boot on PVR-350 output

Decided to give this a go... Just finished hacking up an initrd, and I've got 
rhgb (Red Hat Graphical Boot) working on the PVR-350's output. Cool. Not sure 
if there's an easy way to hack up mkinitrd to do this automatically, will 
take a look later. In the mean time, I'll scribble some notes on how I got it 
working.
