[mythtv-users] .15 & CLE266 Poor Video playback

I had Myth .14 installed (02/25 CVS) then in March I
upgraded to .15 (3/25 CVS).  I noticed then that I was
seeing a lot of aliasing on screen that I hadn't
noticed in .14.  I just upgraded to release-0-15 and
I'm still seeing the poor quality.

Did something change that would have effected the
video output quality, particularly causing aliasing
when scaling ( from PVR250 480x480 to 800x600,
deinterlace on, to a 600p TV/Monitor).  

I am using the CLEX400038 offical VIA drivers
currently on RH9, along with the offical ddmpeg.  Did
something change in Myth to support Ivor's et al.
drivers that makes the stock one look bad? 

Is anyone else seeing this?
