No, this is alright, you can install all five nvidia-graphics rpms and
switch to the desired one with the nvidia-graphics-switch utility.

Try nvidia-graphics-switch 4363 and verify with
ldd /usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/*.so| grep -i nvidia
that only 4363 libs are used.
