Sorry, rather offtopic...

Not a coder, but I was wondering if there was any mileage in nabbing some 
code from dvd::rip, which IIRC uses transcode and has clustering support, 
so that rendering can be done on multiple computers, works via NFS or SSH.

Disclaimer: I haven't actually used mythtranscode yet (used mEncoder so 
far), so this email may be entirely pointless. But at least it's short.
