[mythtv-users] ALSA - MMAPed audio / feature request

All,

    I've been posting about problems with the ice1712/envy24 card that I have
and I think that I may have tracked down the problem.  This card does not
support MMAPed audio.  However, MythTV doesn't seem to do any intelligent
decision making as to whether to use RW or MMAP (looking at the code).  It just
forces MMAP.  Is there a possibility of getting this feature??
