repeat=       tells lirc which occurances of repeat to act on.   my 
remote and most I've seen send repeats to fast so we skip 3 signals  and 
act on the forth in the case of repeat=4 

I actually tried one the I had to set at repeat=20 before it didn't feel 
hyper
