The first thought that I got was to check the inputs of your mixer - make 
sure you're sending the encoded/decoded audio to the TV-out. It sounds 
like (PNI) you're sending the TV-in audio straight to TV-out, while the 
TV-in video goes through the myth 
capture/compress/ringbuffer/decompress/show stages.

So in the mixer, you want to mute the btaudio (or line-in if you use a 
cable between the TV card and the sound card) and make sure line-out is 
on. Capture OTOH should be active on the relevant device.

Note that I've never played with btaudio since my WinFast 2000 doesn't 
support it, and my PVR350 doesn't need it, so I could just be talking 
nonsense here. :)
